Have you heard about the latest craze on the internet. Pinterest is a great way to "pin" ideas you find on the web, categorize them so you can find them again and the best part...create them! The links (usually) take you right to the original blog or website post, where you can find directions on how to complete the project yourself. I'm partial to the ideas that don't need any direction. It's cute, I pin it, I make it!
In addition to blogging 12 times per month, I plan to create 12 Pinterest Projects per month (likely what I'll be blogging about...good plan, eh?).
On January 1st, I created Pinterest project #1
Inspired by this post on Pinterest:

From this blog post: http://minimozblog.blogspot.com/2011/10/love-map-tutorial.html
My photo isn't especially clear (and my bathroom walls aren't really that yellow), but the gist of it is, I printed Google Maps for each of the addresses we've lived in since we married 21.5 years ago. I cut them in the shape of a house, using a clear mini album I've had forever! Typed each address with the label maker and framed it all in an extra frame I had from the next project I'll be sharing.
Quick, easy and inexpensive artwork with a personal touch!
Pinterest is by invite only so if you need an invitation, post a comment or send my an email with your email address and I'll invite you!
