TA-DA...the alphabet wall...

I saw this online a while back, loved it, but kind of forgot about it.  Then I decided I wanted to do a wall of "V"s (for Vik of course), but Vs are REALLY hard to find, lol! I was reminded of the original post when I came acrossMelissa's version last month.  I knew right then that this would be my next project.  I've been collecting letters like crazy, purchased a few at Michaels, Joanns and Ross locally and I ordered the rest from Etsy and Hobby Lobby.  A few were created from items I had around the house and those are actually my faves. I love the color and height it brings to this side of the room.

I forgot to take a before shot, but found this old picture of the living room.  I moved that shelf upstairs several months ago, so only the picture was hanging there.  I painted the lamp black and swapped the valance out for curtains a few months back.

Oh, it's fantastic! I love the variety of letters, the folding ruler for the W, and especially the way you did it in a corner. Thank you so much for sharing the finished product!

P.S. I was hoping you were going to say you weren't quite sure what to do with that door shelf now, and I would have said I'm jumping in my car right this minute... ;)

P.P.S. Do you know that in a couple of weeks, you won't have to order from Hobby Lobby anymore? You'll just have to plan an occasional trip up here. :)
